Guest LB
Ok, have my shiny new mobo, and currently 256mb DDR Ram (PC2100).My bios shows it running at 266mhz but XP and Fuzy Logic (supplied byMSI) shows it running at 133mhz.How do i change the setting or am i being a bit dense? Tony
HiAs far as i know, 133mhz on DDR ram is the equivelent of 266mhz.So it is just the way the software is reading it. It does run at 133mhz, but the fact that it performs an instruction on the up & and down parts of the square wave cycle, as opposed to just the down side of the cycle of normal ram.So don't worryTony
Paul
Yep, what Tony said ;) its called dual clocking and 133MHz equates to 266MHz.
