Burning CD's

Recommended Posts

Took some interesting digi films while on holiday. Now I thought I'd burn them to CD and post them around the family. This I have started and did a couple of CD's as VCD's which seem to come over OK on playback on VCD's coupled to televisions. Thought this was great. The I got phone calls that some of the family have tried to print off particular shots. Aha, I thought, There's lots of room on CD's; so why not do the slide show and then include the original jpg's as a separate file on the CD - this could be useful for archiving and at only a few pennies a disc would save a lot on film and ink.

First snag how would I do this? I'm using Nero 6.

What I would do, doug, is to make two disks. One a VCD - which will get the wear and tear and another with the JPGs that can be taken more care of.

Disks going in and out of a CD or DVD player can get damaged quite quickly.

As you point out, it's only a few pennies each. :)
