Scarecrow Man
If you mean from Windows XP Home Edition to Windows XP Professional Edition, the answer is no.You will need to buy the new version, but you can buy an Upgrade for considerably less than a full version, as long as you already have a previous version of Windows like 98, ME, or XP Home. -pops-
If you're wanting to change from XP home to XP Pro, there isn't much point. The differences in the capabilities between the two systems is unlikely to be appreciated by the general user so, unless you have specific requirements for the safety and security of your files and suchlike, you may as well stay with the version you have.
