This tutorial shows how to change location of a C:\Documents and Settings and a C:\Program Files folders from one partition to another.

You will learn how to copy ALL files from the LocalService, NetworkService folders, what normally you can't do (because some files in these folders are being used by a system services) and make the exact copy of the C:\Documents and Settings folder.

The My Documents folder can easily be moved by right clicking the icon folder; on the start menu, desktop or My Computer.

Right Click > properties. Click Move, and select the new location. I recomend moving it to a seperate partition, or better yet a seperate drive. This way if your drive fails, you do not lose all your work.
