dennis99 Posted December 27, 2006 Report Share Posted December 27, 2006 I have a number of old pc's and I just want to boot them up to an A: prompt and format their c drives. These machines are 95, 98, and 2000. I need a boot floppy for this and I can't seem to get one that works. Or I can boot but format c: doesn't work. It either says "cannot format network drive" or "Incorrect DOS version". I assume I can just boot to DOS, but I'm not that great at DOS. I dont' need CD rom support. I just need to boot, then format. I would like to have one floppy that works for all the pc's. I am giving the PC's away so whoever gets them can deal with it. thx Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
