Cavall Posted December 29, 2006 Report Share Posted December 29, 2006 I am wondering if there is any way to export or have an MS Access report actually retain its formatting that you lose when exporting as an .rtf ??I have logos and color usage on the report that makes it more easily readable and would like to keep that formatting...Its crazy to me that Microsoft has not developed a way to save as a .doc or .pdf or something...Anyone got any ideas?Thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Thanks.My ultimate goal is to automate the process to generate the report and send it out via email to users. I doubt a third-party software will allow me to do that...
