dadyassa
Just uploaded latest A squared updates and run a scan, I picked up loads of crud from this program 35 in total including reg stuff. As far as I know it has been disposed of by A2.How did it get on without me or my anti-malware picking it up ?I dont knpw anything about it and just googled this on it. http://www.stopbadware.org/reports/reportd...ame=pcmightymaxJust did a search and its still there, it looks like it came with a windows update a while ago, but A squared has only just picked it up ? nellie2
It wouldn't have come with a Windows Update... but I've been doing some googling too and it's a bit of a so and so to get rid of isn't it?!!
dadyassa
Just done another search and zero showed up.Although a2 found it in the registry, and in windows files (35 bits and pieces), I never actually saw a popup or any icon in the tray or anything else. Its only cos it showed in a2, i knew it was there and its been there for about 4 months, its the first time its been picked up by any of my anti virus and anti malware stuff despite regular scans ?Although a2 killed it, that file in the attachment stayed in windows, so I deleted it from there and after a reboot there is no sign of it now, touch wood. Still wondering how it arrived then.
