Dude
Hi,I have Windows XP and for a couple months now a window will pop up at random trying to install Word Perfect. I dont want to install it and have no idea where this came from. When I hit cancel, the window closes and numerous other windows appear which I have to cancel out. This is a real hassle and I would like to know how I can get this off my computer.Thank you
Scarecrow Man
This happens when an install is not fully completed. It is not a virus, but it is a pain. You may need to use the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility to remove the bad installation. If you have a WordPerfect disk, just insert it when asked and it will finish the install, and you can remove it normally. Is there an error message that comes up?
