cozofdeath
I believe there is a 7.0 version out now as of Jan. Updating may help. You could also try using zonelabs lsp utility. The filename is zllsputility. I've never used it but I think it removes the zonelabs layered service provider or attempts to fix it. What happens if you totally shutdown ZA and use the Windows Firewall to for say an hour. Does it still happen?
Coreper
as i noted before: sometimes shutting down the ZA firewall works, but sometimes it doesnt...ill be upgrading to ZA 7 today...

andsome
I believe that you are running Two AV programs. This can lead to conflicts.

Coreper
i tried to visit WindowsForum.org yesterday, but it seemed to be completely offline [cannot find server] {this was from: GMT+1 2.00 PM till now(havent checked in the night)}i hope this was the case [was it?], and not that ZA blocked it somehow
Coreper
i added WF to the trusted zone, and i have the feeling that that made the difference > i havent had any problems since i did that [i read something about these problems in IE 7, so i thought, lets try! > and it worked!]
