star Posted January 21, 2007 Report Share Posted January 21, 2007 I'm trying to install a 3 in 1 printer. It told me to disable any Anti-Virus programs, I have AVG free Addition.So I thought I did. But I'm still getting copying File error lxcesr9x.exe. AVG recognizes it as a Trojan Horse.(I'm guessing). Can I install the software in Safe Mode? I would have thought however that the first priority is to get rid of the Trojan. I knew AVG was coming out with a New FreeVerison soon, so I uninstalled it.......ran the program and downloaded the NEW GRISCROFT AVG. it worked.I was thinking what the heck! sometimes it helps to know help is just around the corner.
