Terryp Posted February 4, 2007 Report Share Posted February 4, 2007 Folks - I'm looking for help. I recently changed my operating system to Windows XP Pro on my Toshiba Laptop. Everything was going along nicely until I tried to install Service pack 2. It got part way through the installation and hangs at checking the product key.
