astonmartinv8
Hello,I am trying to install Blackberry desktop onto my PC. It runs Windows installer then a box pops up with a range of install parameters listed, with just one OK option to proceed. I press OK and then the box closes and the install ceases. I have tried all of the Windows installer fixes on MS knowledgebase to no avail and wondered if anyone knew what the cause might be and how to fix. To try to confirm it wasn't the blackberry software I used the fersion on the CD and a download version too. Thanks, Marcus.

ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
What version of the Windows Installer do you have? You could try to download and install the latest Windows Installer to see if that works better: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...38-DE776FD4138C

I did connect the BB up to my PC before loading the software, which might be the cause, but I don't see how to reverse the problem. Thanks, Marcus.
