The following link will take you to Office Online, Outlook. Irene Posted April 12, 2007 Report Share Posted April 12, 2007 The ability to see another person's items, and whether or not you can change them, is controlled by the owner of the items.Are you certain that they have all been given identical rights and permissions?Also, you can only open the default Outlook folders for each item type.
