Jordan
I recently bought a Motorola L6 mobile. I found that I had the right wire that connects it to a USB port. So I plug it in, and I try and install the new hardware. No luck. I searched the internet and found that you had to have Motorola Phone Tools. I asked my friend if he had the CD, and luckily, he did. So he let me borrow it, and I installed it and everything. I connected my phone to the PC, and loaded Phone tools. It wouldn't recognize the phone. What else do I need to do for me to be able to transfer files from phone and PC?
AlanHo
If no-one can help on this forum - you might consider posting your problem on a dedicated Motorola forumI use this one
-pops-
There are several versions of Motorola Phone Tools software and a quick check indicates that not all versions are suitable for all phones. Are you sure that your phone model is included in the ones that your version of Motorola Phone Tools is designed for? dadyassa
I use Motorola phone tools with a V3 and there was quite a big update just recently. On the first setup you have to open the program, then connect the phone when asked.Did you get the unable to connect box up and did you select "Redetect"Then click "cable" then select "next"Then turn your phone on and connect cable .
