Free program for backing up Outlook Express emails?

Recommended Posts

Can anyone recommend a free program I can download that will make backing up the emails I receive each day a simple process. I use Windows XP and Outlook Express 6, and I just can't figure out a simple way to get each day's emails backed up onto a CD. The instructions given in Outlook include finding and copying the whole inbox folder (currently holding about 600 emails) and detailed Microsoft instructions I found links to in these forum involve many steps and look quite forbidding. There's surely got to be a simple way.
