Wayne
Chkdsk recognizes disk as a RAW disk nad will not run, but I can traverse the directories. The disk reports corrupt errors and I cannot open any files. I am getting NTFS error 55's when trying to read from the disk.even though the disk is reporting as being RAW, I can open in Explorer and browse, and under Disk Manager it still allows me to get properties. I am afraid that if I reboot all data will be gone. Any ideas or has anyone had this problem before? Thanks.

Scarecrow Man
You should run a chkdsk on this disk.Start > Run > chkdsk /rIf you are afraid of loosing data, you should do a backup immediatley.
