Coreper Posted May 23, 2007 Report Share Posted May 23, 2007 is it possible to create new accounts [with full rights] through the registry or something?i want to know, because a friend of mine has got this problem with his computer:he wants to create a new user account, with full control rights, but he cant because he doesnt have the rights to create new accounts:it cant be done through the Control Panel, because he doesnt have the rights to open ithe has got a few programs to gain access to the registry and the DOS command line, because the cmd.exe and regedit.exe are all locked > not enough rightsand: he doesnt know the password of the administrator, so...please helpthanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
