nellie2
There are a number of things you could do, but you may need to update your graphics drivers. Have you recently re-formatted your system or have you always had this problem?
Spaz
If your display drags, or hesitates when scrolling in all axis' then your best bet is that your either need to free up some memory, or upgrade your video card.A friendly reminder when purchasing video cards, and memory. You should probably put more focus on the bus speeds, and frequency's. UNLESS you have this computer running over 90 processes at first boot. I would say get a combination of speed and memory size.
