Shadow Posted June 22, 2007 Report Share Posted June 22, 2007 ok so this i know can print from everything i can think of except IE cannot print a web page of any type even if the site supports a printable formatprinting from IE 7on a compaq Presariosr2170nxi have restarted many times also restarted printer spooler service as well as set it to automaticthe following diag bog pops up and there are none of the printers listed any ideas on how to fix this problem even when i restart the printer spooler it still says the same thing Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
-pops- Posted June 22, 2007 Report Share Posted June 22, 2007 Try deleting the printer software then re-installing following the instructions EXACTLY as given.The printer drivers should be removed from Printers & Faxes in the Start menu. Not from Add/remove programs.You should also check if there is more up to date software available from the printer manufacturer's web site before you try to install.
