Scarecrow Man Posted July 20, 2007 Report Share Posted July 20, 2007 Locally, you can disable access to the Internet Explorer options, and thus, restricting access to the proxy. Open regedit and go to:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel1 means on, or restricted, while a 0 means open or unrestricted. I can only assume there is a similar, if not the same method for GPO.In the following example, I have set the proxy key to 1 in the aforementioned registry section.
