cannot reinstall comodo firewall

i am trying to reinstall comodo firewall but it says i have an older installer still on system,i cannot see it on add/remove but on c:programs i can see CFP_Setup.exe so how do i delete this file please?

Try Start/Search and type in Comodo, then delete all files that come up, as long as you are sure that they do belong to Comodo. Then download and run Crap Cleaner to finally clean up. HOWEVER, before actually running Crap Cleaner, visit all the websites where you need to log on, so that cookies are posted onto your computer. Then open the program and click onto Options/Cookies, and drag from the left window to the right, all the cookies from your favourite websites. Best of luck.

Use the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility to remove any remaining Comodo installer parts.

There is a warning issued with that program. Is it not advisable to try the means that I suggested first? Personally, after going through those steps, and possibly still having problems, I would edit the registry, having saved it first and created a restore point and a back up.
