Scarecrow Man
Grub is a boot loader typically used for Linux. If you do not use Linux, you can remove this and install Windows Vista on its own. I am not sure if grub supports the format command, so you may want to boot from the Windows Vista DVD and format the drive before the installation. Most computers can boot from cd/dvd, you may need to check in your bios settings to set the cd/dvd as the 1st boot device.
