geordie_john Posted October 9, 2007 Report Share Posted October 9, 2007 hello i did a system restore on my dell inspiron 1501 running vista home premium and now when i power on i get a msg saying:-windows boot manager put in youre operating dvd and do a repair,when i did this there was a msg on the bottom of the screen saying an error occurred while attempting to boot configuration data and i am just going around in circles,can anyone please help?thank you.
