rxm_365
After restarting my computer, I get an error stating that my windows\system32\config\system file was corrupt. Windows recommends me to use my Windows XP Media Center Edition CD to repair it. Once I try that, the Windows XP Recovery disk loads all the hardware drivers and is almost ready to go, when a BSOD comes up, saying that a "BAD_POOL_CALLER" error has occured, **STOP 0x000000c2 (0x00000043, 0xc2854000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000). I cannot start in safe mode, or the first error occurs again. Please Help!!!
-pops-
When you do the repair do you have the option of "last known good configuration"?According to what I can find, STOP 0x000000c2 errors are caused by hardware driver conflicts. Have you installed any new hardware recently?Do you have a backup that you could reload?
