URGENT: Cmd.exe should I allow it to run at startup

It's some software installed at on all the computers at my workplace/school.

So, I will allow it on your advice, in the next 5 minutes. Only if no other reply is posted. If another one is posted, I may have to refute your comment...

It's better to be safe than sorry, I understand. My advise is only a theoretical shift towards "maybe" allowing it. Have you got AV/FW/Spyware software installed before you got the updates? To me it's trying to run cmd on the next startup but maybe it's changing the startup to run cmd everytime? Not sure? I would wait for some more answers if I was you ;).
