5150
Hey 1st post woohooogot me a little problem.I have a remote user who forgot their password to login to there laptop. Is there anyway i can reset their password from the Local Admin account? I had them login to the Local Admin account VPN in to the network hoping that the cached password would be changed since i reset it in AD but i guess local accounts don't work that way and it didn't work.I can login in to the local Admin account but nothing else... can i run something from that account that will allow me to change the domain password cached on the machine with out much trouble? i hate talking on the phone and walking them through it lol
andsome
I think you will find that it's against forum rules to offer help in overcoming password problems. No one knows if you are up to no good or not. :D
