andsome
If you are a registered user of Nod 32 AV, you can visit the website and upgrade to Nod 32 version 3. Click on Download then look left and click on Registered software. I selected Windows XP,Vista,2000 32 bit and was asked for my user name and password. Download to a folder and install. Very straightforward and easy.Uninstall the old version before installing the new, this was the advice given on the telephone. :D

andsome
Seems even more user friendly that the original version. I have tinkered about with a few of the settings. It all seems very straightforward and easy to use. First impressions are very good. :D
Jayno
I've also updated now. Can't believe how straightforward, fast and effective this lovely little noddie is after my previous drag of a life with naughty aunty violet !
andsome
I have had another word on the telephone with their team, and a discount is allowed when you migrate your existing user name and password and purchase the full security suite. I have taken advantage of the 30 days free trial, and am very impressed with it to date. It does appear to remember the instructions given regarding access for various programs much better then either Zone Alarm or Comodo. I have just carried out a full test at SHIELDS UP, and achieved a 100% security pass. I asked about compatibility with other AV programs and there is no problem, as long as other firewalls are uninstalled. :D :DNow closing this thread as I have written a review in Essential reviews forum.
