Or give some link or something.So first of all what exactly is the system cache and how does it work? What is it used for?In the advanced performance options - what do the 2 memory usage options exactly do? What effect do they have on performance? How should I set it to minimize disk access?Why is there pagefile usage when there is plenty of free RAM? What exactly does all the stuff in the performance tab in the task manager mean? They can also be accessed via NNTP clients (Outlook Express, Thunderbird). There are also some additional security forums on a different server (don't have the details with me right now).Regarding the Performance Options, much depends on your actual specs. It says almost nothing really...I was hoping for something more. For anyone with the proper know-how - don't be shy, go into details and detailed details. Main idea is to learn about that stuff.
