-pops- Posted January 13, 2008 Report Share Posted January 13, 2008 If this is a desktop machine, what I would do is replace the drive. New drives are not expensive and it will be easier, and possibly cheaper, in the long term to do this rather than fiddle about trying to get the existing drive to work.
