Emanresu Posted January 14, 2008 Report Share Posted January 14, 2008 Hello All, I'm wanting to install software from my child's limited user account on XP but obviously when I try I get a pop up saying only admin can install. Is there a way I can enter my admin password and make a one-off installation from a limited account?Or is my only option to log in as myself? Hb_Kai Posted January 16, 2008 Report Share Posted January 16, 2008 You might aswell install on the admin account and click near the end of the installation "Create desktop item/link:" because then it will make you a link on every account on the PC, then on your account if you don`t want it on there just delete the link.
