wbutchart Posted January 22, 2008 Report Share Posted January 22, 2008 Hi everyone im having a problem trying to enable dual screen on XP. When i goto properties then settings and click the second screen, i click the 'extend my windows desktop onto this monitor' option, when i click apply nothing happens. It just reloads with the no 2 box still grayed out. Im a notivce when it comes to this kind of thing so i have no idea what to do.What i have is a new dell computer and a plus projector. I need a dual screen so i can change song lyrics on the fly. Anyone know how to enable the dual screen option, please give me idiots guide as i dont have a clue about this kinda thing. Thanks. AlanHo Posted January 23, 2008 Report Share Posted January 23, 2008 It could be the graphics driver that needs updating - Dell tend to be a bit special - if it is a new computer you bought from Dell - have you asked their support for advice.
