DavidD Posted February 5, 2008 Report Share Posted February 5, 2008 Hello 'all',I have an annoying problem as follows:on one PC (WinXP SP2 + all relevant Upd8s etc) I have Office 2k3 installed. There are 2 User Accounts, on one I have the problem as shown, on the other account the App. functions without any glitches. 'Just in Case' I have done an Office Repair, but the problem remains. I have a *very* vague feeling that this may have to do with my HP Scanner S/W, but since the other User is not affected, ?????I am fairly stumped!! .... any ideas out there Best regards,David D. Scarecrow Man Posted February 5, 2008 Report Share Posted February 5, 2008 It may not help, but you can try using the File and Setting Transfer Wizard to transfer your settings to a file, delete your user, create a new one and then use the wizard to import them again.
