idebaba Posted February 12, 2008 Report Share Posted February 12, 2008 I decided to clean my graphics card and processor ventilator, i turned off the power and pulled them out i just passed through them with a vacuum cleaner and putted them back on place, i turned the power on and the computer. First a got a screen saying that Windows aren't running well and that hardware or software changes might have coused that, i had a choice to run Windows normally or in a safe mode, but my keyboard didn't respond, so i waited a 30 second countdown while "Run Windows normally" was selected, then i got the Windows loading screen after which a blue screen appeared, saying that a problem was detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to my computer, also says:Technical information:*** STOP: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0x805C6D61, 0XF78E2854, 0XF78E2550)Please help! When they log on, they may have some suggestions for you.In one of your previous posts, you said that you removed certain items when you were cleaning internally. Perhaps it would be worth removing and replacing them again. Be sure to check that they are securely in place. :) Also, when you can access your computer, maybe roll back the update to the video adaptor drivers.However, as I said, I am not the most experienced on the forum, but I thought that a few suggestions would help whilst you wait for other members to join us.
