Bazman76
Hi there, I changed my screen resolution in XPpro so that I could see more things on screen more easily. However since I have done it all my avatars for starting my programs have done to the default box. Same for all the programs on my start button. Not the end of the world but pretty annoying and really ugly!I'm sure its a simple fix can anyone advise?
Watchful
I can't see how changing the screen resolution has changed all your icons...is that what you mean? You could try restoring to before you changed the screen res. Then change the resolution again and see if they stay.Control Panel/Appearance and Themes/Display/Settings.

Boris
Glad its sorted :DYou may want to increase the size of your Icon Cache a bit from 8000 to 12000 ?If so - download this vbs script from Kellys Korner and double-click it.http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/iconcache.vbs
