EuRob Posted February 20, 2008 Report Share Posted February 20, 2008 HelloI was trying to get an umlaut by pressing alt 0228 and I inadvertantly flipped my screen!!??Not sure if this combination made this happen?? Irene Posted February 21, 2008 Report Share Posted February 21, 2008 Hi EuRob! :D I just found this solution in a search....It would appear that you managed to press CTRL + ALT + Left Arrow.To correct this problem simply click CTRL + ALT + Up Arrow.Hope it works for you. I do a lot of work in Sibelius and was taking me ages to crack on.All I wanted was a German umlaut and was told 'alt 0228' but on a numberpad. This can be useful when you want to use your monitor in "portrait" mode.But anyway, there are easier ways to take screenshots than with a camera.
