I'm looking to dual-boot the system, with XP on one drive and Vista on the other. Would it be possible for me to install XP on both drives then install an upgrade version of vista (which would save a lot of money). Is this possible? -pops- Posted February 24, 2008 Report Share Posted February 24, 2008 Not absolutely certain about Vista but, in all previous versions of Windows upgrades, all you had to do was "show" the qualifying disk to the computer during the install. You don't even need the previous version to be installed. I don't see that vista will be any different, at least, I've not heard that it is.
