I have been all round their site and can not find any email address for support.When I run the install program, downloaded from their site, the process starts with the initial dialogue box, this disappears and then nothing happens.I have tried safe mode, switched off the virus cheacker etc but nothing.I have followed all their FAQs and repeated the process several times to no avail.Has anyone any cures or suggestions.I'm using Windows XP fully updated.ThanksGraeme Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
