sk8chick23 Posted March 6, 2008 Report Share Posted March 6, 2008 I went to reinstall windows on my dads computer for him but i ended up messin it up really bad and now i have two windows on it and neither one of them work at all really the main thing im trying to figure out is if there is a disk i can buy or a program or somthing that will wipe the computer back to factory settings cause i messed it up good ....your responses will be much appreciated im pretty sure karma will help you with this one if i get some help cause im in deep thank you very much guys ~V~ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

andsome Posted March 7, 2008 Report Share Posted March 7, 2008 If it is XP, you cannot just reinstall on top of the old program like you could in W98. You need to format the drive first. You will need the installation disc. There is a good guide on the forum at the link below.
