Do you have anyone else on your LAN, it can just be other people using a high amount of bandwidth which is causing you to find some 'lag'.

Make sure your not downloading anything else while your playing, check your connection speeds etc.

I dont really know much about computers but no one else is on my LAN i think. But i have got a message at the bottom of my screen sayin

Local Area Connection

A network cable is unplugged

could that be wats wrong?

Your not running through wireless are you?

if your network is saying cable unplugged it could be a issue with your wireless connection of it your wired you might have a dodge cable.

But by you saying no one is on the lan you think sounds like you have wireless, so it could be someone else using your connection or just you have a really bad connection and you might want to consider switching to a wired connection
