homecomputeraid
Whether that gateway is wrong depends on your subnet mask. Please post your netmask. If it's 255.255.0.0, your gateway could be valid. If it's something other than 255.255.255.0, it could also be valid. Why do you have to get to a 10.x.x.x network? 10.0.0.0 through 10.255.255.255 is reserved for private use and should not be advertised or used on the Internet.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Private_network
Scarecrow Man
10.x.x.x is not a resolvable address. As Ted says above,10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255172.16.0.0 – 172.31.255.255192.168.0.0 – 192.168.255.255are all private networks and cannot be used on the Internet. If you have a URL ( www.windowsforum.org ) for this website, perhaps we could assist you in finding the IP address of this website.
