Merrill
How do I change the size of an open window and then save it. On one of my computers, if I resize a window and the close it, the task opens next time to the same size. On my other computer, if I resize the window, it reopens to the previous window size. Thanks for your help
Watchful
In Windows XP if you re-size a window by clicking on the edge with your cursor and holding the mouse-button down while you drag it to the size you want, after shut-down it will remember the size and open at that. rong
If you go to the control panel and click on folder options then view about three quarters of the way down you have some boxes to tick that allow you to chose what the folders do when you shut down and start up.
