Prompted to setup ActiveX

I cannot read the words on that page as it is not English, but I presume that it is only Microsoft trying to check if your Windows version is legitimate or not by running the Windows Genuine Advantage Validation Tool.

But the problem is, I'm not able to avoid that prompt and do not have a way to set up ActiveX in that web page. Then I cannot even have Windows Update.

Sorry, I don't understand that sentence. Do you allow it (usually on top of the browser window), or not?

Can you give us a screenshot to show us what the problem is?
