hello all :)

I've found a weird bug with my system and was wondering if anyone could help. My system is virus free and i do regular scans but i found that if i try to open 'My Pictures' i get a explore stop responding and it restarts.

Any help would greatly be appreciated

Im currently running Windows XP under service pack 3

Do you normally have it on thumbnail view, I've had a similar proble.

Try changing it to like a list view or something, I would tell you how its done but my windows wont start up on my machine :(.

I think you would have to change the ini file in my pictures, which could be opened using the run dialog, like

notepad C:\Documents and Settings\%USERNAME%\My Documents\My Pictures\file.ini

I'm just saying this hoping someone else can fill in the gaps?
