When ever I launch Windows Live Messenger, it would stop working and show me an error dialogue box which informed me the Data Execution Prevention (DPE) had stopped the software to protect my PC.

I go into advanced settings and tried key in to exclude msnmsgr.exe but it says I must turm it on for this programme.

I am unable to turn off this feature. Anyone can help? Im running on Vista Home Premium.
