Coreper
a while ago i tried to find software which enables me to find software that records the sound i heari couldnt find any piece of software which was able of doing that, so i was thinking of another way.here is what i thought up:i connect a audio splitter to my Front-out [main audio out connection], so i get 2 connections which transfer the main audiothen i connect one connection to my speakers, so i can hear the soundand i connect the other connection to the mic-in connection on my soundcard, so i can record the sound i hearor should i use the line-in connection, to connect the other connection?would this be possible and work safely?here is an image of what i mean:
-pops-
would this be possible and work safely? No - for the reasons I said in your previous thread on this subject. Do NOT connect the output to the input of the same amplifier without proper signal attenuation to avoid possible runaway feedback which, in the worst case, can result in the destruction of the unit. Coreper
do you have an idea how i could create a signal attenuation?i have seen this solution on several sites though...: connecting a male-to-male audio cable to your audio card...would this work:i have a Headphone output on my speakers control box [with volume button, on/off button, etc.] and a MP3 player input on it: so i can listen music from my MP3 while working on the computerwould it work if i connect the headphone output to the mp3 input, or will this just create a never ending loop? [just thought of it... and i think it wont work...]
