-pops- Posted June 16, 2008 Report Share Posted June 16, 2008 Usually the best way of removing unwanted programs is to follow the procedure offered by the program supplier - this may be by the program's own un-installer or via Add/Remove Programs in Windows itself.If you have oddments of programs cluttering your machine the easiest thing to do is to re-install then un-install following the correct method. If that folder is removed, the uninstaller will be lost as well.In this case I would try to install the program again in order to make the uninstaller available. Some programs can not be installed if the installer "thinks" it's already installed; in this case the remains must be removed with the Windows Installer CleanUp tool.
