Ramanathan Muthappan Posted June 26, 2008 Report Share Posted June 26, 2008 In USB port, when i connect pendrive it work but i connect card reader it shows unknown or malfunction. how can i solve this problem.give me a solution.Another one, When i installed windows xp with Service Pack 3 Included, audio driver is not working. but in same system windows xp with Service Pack 2 audio is supporting. how i can solve this problem. -pops- Posted June 26, 2008 Report Share Posted June 26, 2008 Card readers and pen drives can easily stop working if you do not follow the correct procedure to disconnect them. It is vital that you only remove these devices by the Safely Remove Hardware system which is in the Sys Tray (a small drive representation with a green arrow above it). Dencandy Posted June 26, 2008 Report Share Posted June 26, 2008 Try the card reader on another computer (using the correct procedure as -pops- describes). If it still doesn't work the problem's almost certainly with the reader, so take it back to the retailer.
