Kloppstock Posted June 28, 2008 Report Share Posted June 28, 2008 Just this latest view days a anoying syndrom have appeared affecting my internetwith Internet Explorer 7 we have this new feature, to open up flap-pages, which i feel amost depending on nowbut the loaded homepages have started to expire if you leave them passive for x minutes without loading any subpages, you get that white invalid screeninstead when you think you can continue where you left, the solution is to emiditley start up your start-page again..and then re-load the same page in a new window, and it will work again! klicking update will never work on the old flap at the same timeits a new window that seems to be the demand hereall i know is that i have during the same time installed a new microsoft update concerning windows defender, for some reasonand it was not like this a week ago, anyone recognize this? Windows & IE7 don't have anything by this name. Do you mean tabs?Also, there's an official Microsoft IE7 Support Page HERE which includes links to IE7 support forums. Dencandy Posted June 30, 2008 Report Share Posted June 30, 2008 Yes, these are called Tabs, and I see that you are using IE7. Unfortunately, I have no idea what is causing the problem you are having.Did you try System Restore?Some people have problems with IE7. One solution that sometimes works is to delete IE7 from your computer, then download a new copy of IE7. Next, disconnect from the internet, turn off your anti-virus and anti-malware programmes, then run & install the new copy of IE7. Finally you need to reconnect to the internet & turn your anti-virus programmes back on to finish the installation.Otherwise try to use the IE7 Help page I mentioned.
