Craig Posted August 12, 2003 Report Share Posted August 12, 2003 Hi all.I just checked my PC spec at PC Pit Stop after installing my new Geforce FX 5600 and it tells me my current Direct X version is 5.3.(something).I do have Direct X 9 installed and the card has Direct X 9 support.I have the current BIOS version for the graphics card, and i am using the beta nVidia drivers.Not too sure what the problem is, does anyone have any ideas?Craig. Boris Posted August 12, 2003 Report Share Posted August 12, 2003 I think that for the library version - 5.03.00.900 - the .900 means DirectX 9I'm on DirectX 8.1 and my Sandra shows 4.08.01.881 which is the same as the DX tool within Windows shows.
