Irene Posted July 16, 2008 Report Share Posted July 16, 2008 You could create a Distribution ListIf you go to Contacts, then press New, you should see an option for Distribution List.You can give it a name - say "List 1" - so when you want to send to that group of people, you only need to press "List 1" for the To or CC field. :D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
